1. Overview

These terms govern your use of EQR HUB services, scripts, and software. EQR HUB provides gaming utility scripts for various compatible platforms. By purchasing a key or executing EQR HUB scripts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. Licensing & Delivery

Upon a successful purchase, EQR HUB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the EQR HUB software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Each license key is bound to a single user. Sharing, renting, selling, or distributing your license key or account to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination without a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of EQR HUB software and immediate key delivery, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By initiating a purchase via Robux or PayPal (through our Discord ticket system), you acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to refunds or chargebacks. If you experience technical issues, please open a support ticket on our official Discord server, and our team will assist you in resolving them.

4. Prohibited Behavior & Restrictions

To maintain service integrity and security, you agree not to perform or attempt any of the following actions:

  • Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or modifying EQR HUB scripts and loaders.
  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass license key checks, verification protocols, or security measures.
  • Sharing or hosting EQR HUB source code, scripts, or assets publicly or with unauthorized parties.
  • Abusing exploit mechanisms, panel vulnerabilities, or server-side communication protocols.
  • Using automated bots or tools to spam or scrape EQR HUB platforms and services.

Violating any of these restrictions will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access key and a ban from the EQR HUB Discord community.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

EQR HUB is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. EQR HUB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, any game developers, or publishers. You acknowledge that using third-party scripts carries inherent risks, including potential account suspensions or restrictions by game developers. EQR HUB is not liable for any actions taken against your game accounts or any direct/indirect damages arising from script execution.

6. Amendments & Revisions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of EQR HUB scripts or services after revisions are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the new terms.
